Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 7 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Unworn, original state with all packaging, accessories, documents.
  • Exclusions: Special orders, custom/engraved, sourced watches—final sale. Inquire for exceptions.

Initiate a Return

  • Contact us for RMA number, order details, reason.
  • Repack securely in originals; label with RMA.
  • You cover return shipping (insured recommended, e.g., FedEx).
Mandatory: Unpacking video required for damage/missing/incorrect claims.

Refund Details

  • Processing: 5-7 business days post-inspection.
  • Restocking Fee: 5% applies to all returns/exchanges.
  • Shipping: Original fees non-refundable.
