What This Warranty Covers

This warranty addresses defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, effective for 12 months from purchase date.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Exclusions include:

  • Accident, abuse, or misuse damage like drops or impacts.
  • Improper handling, storage, or maintenance issues.
  • Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, finish fading.
  • Water damage beyond manufacturer guidelines.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Consequential damages (e.g., lost use or income).
  • Batteries, unless tied to a manufacturing flaw.

 

Warranty Service Process

Our Responsibilities

For valid claims, we repair or replace with a comparable timepiece at our discretion, covering return shipping to your address.
